Step 2: Place Your Order

To Order Using our Secure Online Ordering System:
1. Browse our online catalogue and add the medications you need to your shopping cart by clicking the adjacent 'Buy' button.
2. When finished, click the 'Checkout' button on the shopping cart. You will be asked a series of questions.
3. At the end of the process you will see a screen indicating you have completed your order, and assigning you an order number. The order is not complete if you do not receive an order number!
4. Fax, or e-mail your prescription (or prescription label) to us with your order number, then mail us the original.

To Order by Mail or Fax:
1. Download a patient questionnaire.
2. Complete each page, attach your prescription(s), and enclose your personal cheque or money order (or credit card information).
3. Send your forms, prescription(s) and payment to:

You can also fax in your prescription to: (866) 854-5215

Please mail us your prescription after you have faxed or emailed it to us. We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription but require the original prescription to send you refills. A fax from your doctor is considered an original prescription. Please ensure you have correct postage to Canada; express mail is not necessary.

If you have an existing prescription at another drug store that you would like transferred to us, please provide a copy of your prescription label.

Please Note:

We will process your order immediately after receiving all of the required information, then ship it to you. Barring any delays due to product availability or postal system congestion, you should receive your order within ten business days of it leaving our pharmacy. If you have not received your order within two weeks from the order date, please contact us.

Please call us immediately upon receipt of your order if there are any problems with it!

For safety reasons, all medications purchased are not returnable and therefore non-refundable, unless an error has been made.

Local health and legal guidelines mandate that we can only send you a maximum of three months' supply of any medication. Please consider this when ordering.
